I requested they file a complaint with the Arizona Real Estate Commission in July To date, I have received no documentation it was ever filed On 6/8/15, my Mum ( [redacted] ) entered into contract with V [redacted] to "completely and permanently terminate Client's entire ownership of Client's Timeshare and completely and permanently terminate all Client's future financial responsibility regarding Client's Timeshare." On 5/11/16, after working with [redacted] for approx months, my Mum was referred by [redacted] to Robertson Law Associates for assistance in terminating the timeshare ownership I have been working on her behalf with Robertson Law Associates since she contracted with them In July 2016, I was told they would file a formal complaint with the [redacted] against [redacted] Resort; however, to date, I have not received a copy of the formal complaint, and I am not confident
