I understand everyone has a different standard of what is cleanFood stuck to cabinets and dirty everything is not going to show well when looking for a new tenantI will forward statements from the move in property manager and the move out (current) property manger as to the condition of the propertyWe have video of everythingThe property was clean when the tenant moved in and very dirty with lots and lots of bulbs out and debris left behind when they moved out (TV's, storage bins, table tops, etc)It's a shame when tenants can't be responsible for what a mess they left us and lash out about how much work it took to get it back in rentable conditionI have been assured the tenants received my invoice and I submitted another copy with my last responseI do not submit receipts as bulbs and cleaning supplies are purchased in bulk and used from my stock of supplies *** ***

I am rejecting this response because:
To Whom It Is Concern; I have a few concerns in reference to this response. 1) I have lived at this residence for approximately two years. Never, during that time have we owned pets nor have they resided in our residences. My daughter and I have severe allergies and asthma which causes us not to have pets in the house. There was no damages in the house other than normal wear and tear. To ensure that the residence was cleaned we had the carpet professionally cleaned via Steam Superior (Invoice Number 10477).2) During the duration of living at this residence we have continuously replaced the inset lighting every 2 months due to power surges and the lights being burnt out. Mr. [redacted] has no evidence that we have not replaced the inset lighting while we resided there. We cleaned the residence to the best of our ability. We am not sure why Mr. [redacted] is questioning our sincerity. All we are asking is for a professional letter head invoice with official copies of receipts to the cost of all replacements that was conducted.
