Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concernI would like them to investigate, make appropriate and fair compensation The salesman's name is [redacted] I do believe this is simply a delaying tactic as I have contacted the company numerous times from December through March I have called the vice-president of the company and left a voice mail and never received a call back I called [redacted] and never received a call backI also sent an email and never received a response They are asking for the contract informationMy address is [redacted] ***, Carmichael, CA There should be dozens of calls to this companyLastly, they indicated I did NOT qualify for the PG&E rebate when I called yesterday However, the email I received from PG&E indicates they never received a request This lack of follow-through, not calling me back, and failure to adequately inform me of the process is unacceptable Yes, I want this investigated both though Gilmore and the Revdex.com Thank You

I am somewhat new to the companyI was brought in to help make things better Since my arrival, we have made some major changes which included personnel changes Some people you mentioned are no longer with the company and one that you mention I am working with in the hopes that she can provide a better customer experience As for voice mails left for [redacted] , I have only witnessed the best of intentions and only an occasional dropped ballWith that said, I know we have had some issuesI have had to take the baton to the finish line for successful resolution a couple of times now and I intend to do the same in this instanceMiss [redacted] deserves resolutionThis is why I reached out to her by phone when this case was mistakenly closedWe are willing to cut a check for what we see as misleading rebate informationWhat I need to know is what rebate was received? The agreement indicated that $2,was due from ***If less was paid, I just need to know the difference As for [redacted] rebates, it states a "possible" (double underline) rebate of $2,Please let me know specifics of what triggered the calls that brought the unfortunate poor customer service I cannot undue the poor service that you experienced but I can address the [redacted] rebate
