I went to Robertson Tire on Mingo in Tulsa July 26, My passenger window was stuck down and would not come up I left my car at 10:am, they said they would call meAt 2:pm I called them after not hearing back from themThey told me they had not pulled it in yet, but it would be ready by 5:pmI got there at 5:pmThey close at 5:pm and by that time it was pouring down rainThey come to me and tell me that they would have to have a motor to get the window up and they could order it and have it ready by the next dayI told them they could have called and let me know this earlier because now I have to drive miles in poring down rain to get homeThey slapped some thin plastic on my window and sent me on my way Manager told me he didn't have an opinion because he was not involved with my car that day!! Plastic ripped off on my way home with rain getting in my carThey had my car for seven hours and couldn't even call and let me know what the situation wasWorst experience I have had with an automotive shop! Poor customer service!
I had a problem with one of the locations and I got in touch with the Revdex.com and Robertson tire brought me bake in and rectified the problem in a professional mannerI will return
I was talked rudely to and was quoted an extremely high priceThey quoted a price for parts at $and I went to autoparts store and bought them for $with tax!
The employees at the Claremore store are always great to deal with. They are always friendly, don't make you wait to talk to them and get the job done promptly. They always give me a ride to work and ask if I need them to pick me up when my truck is done. I would recommend this store to everyone.
I filed a complaint, first their employee lie on me, then Robertson said they would have their area manager check out my truck personally. Now I think they said that so I would agree here on the Revdex.com web-site to get me off the public medium, because I still haven't heard from them. Just bad business practices in my opinion.
