Re: Delivery Loc: *** *** *** *** Order on 02/19/The concrete product that was ordered of yards was delivered
and poured outThe total amount for the yards is $2,As you stated your spotter was not present at the time of delivery, also no cones were displayed informing our driver as to an area not to travelIt's an unfortunate situation that occurredTo help we will allow a deduction of $752.71, therefore leaving a balance of $2,still due on order XXX XX/19/
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2016/03/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
It is unfortunate that I did not recieve a phone call back from *** as he had promised me the day I talked with himIf I had recieved his feedback I would have told him the samething that I told ***,the managerThe trucks were almost hours late which we still have not been told why our workers and pumper had to stand around being paid for hoursThe (paid by the hour)spotter had moved from his position (after waiting almost hours for the trucks) to go flag them down as they did not follow the instructions, given at the time of the order, for coming into the property
The spotter was coming up behind the three trucks that came all at onceThe 2nd truck was going towards the pad behind the 1st truck even though it was obvious there was no
roomHe went up the same newly approved asphalt driveway that the 1st and 3rd driver went up with no damageThere was no need for cones because the driveway was approved for access and would not have been damaged if the driver had not been driving recklesslyThe 2nd driver was backing down too fast and slammed his brakes on...the truck reared up,tearing his mudd flaps off and digging into the asphalt, spilling concrete, and dropped back down breaking the asphalt further with front wheelsWhen he approached the driveway the 2nd time he ripped through the same trenches he had made (3rd driver was sharp enough to go around the damage) 2nd driver lost control of the truck, turning his wheels sharply & plowed up the driveway. It is going to cost us over $10,to repair the drivewayIt is obvious from the way this company is handling this that they are not taking responsibility for their incompetent driver & attempting to say we are responsible when they know what the facts areAll we are asking for is a balance which is not going to cover even half the cost to repair the damage that they causedIs it to much to ask that a company show up on time, use common sense when driving a vehicle and take responsibility for mistakes that they make? We have not even asked for the spilt concrete to be replaced and they sure have not offeredI guess when your owned by Mitsubishi you don't have to care about customer satisfaction or dealing with a situation with integrity
