I purchased an [redacted] TT from [redacted] ***/Gold Rush Remarketing on 9/19/Upon test driving, the compass mirror was in working conditionwhen I took it home, it was no longer working took it to [redacted] dealership and said it would cost $for parts and labor (receipts provided) front bender was dragging during test drive, was told it would be repaired - they took the whole thing off and engine was exposedI was told credit was not going to be pulled - got a letter stating that they pulled my credit reportI gave them $cash down payment and $was the agreed upon deferred down payment The total sales price on the contract is $39,- the NADA value of this is $14K for clean retail Yes I realize this is in house financing for bad credit My 1st deferred down payment of $was due on 10/3/- I continued to communicate with the dealership about the late payment because they only accept debit/credit card and I was in the process of transitioning to a new bank so I did not have a card yet last communication I had with them was on 10/4/16, 10/8/16, and 10/10/- my car was repossessed on 10/12/ Now they have my car, my $3500, and they will more than likely ask for the full amount to be paid to get my car back It was only days late, no grace period is on contract Chastity and Jay [redacted] and the CEO Jevon [redacted] have not been helpful at all Companies like this prey on customers like me who have bad credit I was days late of a $payment - not even the 1st monthly payment, I dont even have my metal plates yet I drove the car for dayscar was repo'd on 10/12/- car was put back on their website for sale on 10/18/STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!
