Robick's Auto Sales Reviews (3)

Regarding ID [redacted]Miss [redacted];Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention. You are absolutely right, the purchaser has to be informed of an R-Title before buying a vehicle. This customer didn't buy this vehicle because of a fail-safe procedure. And that is the words “R-Title” written...

in 3 inch letters across the Vehicle Folder. Fortunately he and the salesman saw this at the same time when the folder was pulled out for the transaction. The advertising on line is formulary. And a box that has “Clean Title” was not checked. We apologise for the inconvenience this caused. It was unintentional. We will do everything possible for this never to happen again.Sincerely,Ben H[redacted]Robick's Auto Sales

They lie to your face and fail to do any warranty work. My vehicle lasted 4 months and was sent in several times for a warranty covered item and they never fixed the problem. What they did do is clear codes. Stay far away.

Review: I went to the dealership to look at a 1991 Ford f150 pickup that was listed online for sale. The vehicle was listed online with a clean Pennsylvania title, and after coming to an agreed price while looking at the truck, we went inside to do the paperwork only for me to spot that it had a Reconstructed PA title. I told the seller to hand me my license and proof of insurance back since he lied online and failed to inform me of the 'R' title. The vehicle is still falsely listed online with a clean title. I did not buy the truck seeing I was lied to about the title.Desired Settlement: Due to being shady, falsely advertising a vehicle with a clean PA title, and lying to a potential customer, I would hope his dealer license can be revoked before more customers may be duped into buying something that is not what it seems. It is poor business practice and I am almost certain against the law to not inform a buyer about a vehicle's title if it is either a Reconstructed or Salvage title. The ad online for the truck should either be taken down or he should be made to change it from 'clean' to 'reconstructed'
