I had a pleasant experience with Robin Ford. They are conveniently located near me and there was not the typical waiting (hours upon hours) for credit, payments, etc.
They were the best and very considerate. Made sure I understood the difference in vehicles I was interested in and explained differences etc. they made sure everything was taken care of and that I understood all aspects of the purchase. Also, went over the features in my vehicle.
When I walked in the staff at Robin Ford were very helpful. I had exchanged emails with Michelle Harlan and she then referred me to Mickey S[redacted]. Mickey was very helpful in finding the car I wanted and getting me the deal I wanted. This was the first time I was leasing and it was an easy process thanks to everyone at Robin Ford
This is by far the best experience I had with buying a car. I had my car in for service and Steve was great. Had no intention of buying a car as I was happy with my Ford Edge. With the year and mileage decided it was probably best to take a look at doing a trade-in. Steve introduced me to Jamar. Jamar took the time to go over what I needed and wanted and my price range. Within 2 1/2 hrs I was out of there in my brand new Ford Escape. I couldn't be more happier. Two of the best gentlemen to work with.
