*** *** I am not satisfied with this 'resolution' for two reasons I never told the adoption agency that I had already adopted another cat (I wanted the two cats to come 'home' together) I had told them that I had picked out another cat (unfortunately, the foster mother did not tell me at the time that I saw her cat that she was not spayed I asked her to have her spayed while my mother was recovering from a broken hip She did this and there were complications) As far as I am concerned, these people never intended to refund $to me (half of the adoption fee that I paid) They had several weeks to do so (in which time I had emailed them at least twice and called / left a msgonce) and never got back to me This is the first I am hearing from them and it's ONLY because I contacted the Revdex.com Again, I have spent $and have nothing to show for it I really do not care what their paperwork said I intended to adopt a cat If you want to consider this a donation, Consider This: I didn't have a clue as to where to meet you to see '***' You were the ones who told me to meet you at V.I.PGrooming - I then wrote a check for $for you to keep *** until my mother could be home with the new cats which unfortunately took a little longer than we hoped I gave you $for SOMETHING I had no intention of DONATING $50! You might as well just rob people on the street since you get everything and they get NOTHING

Regards,

[redacted]   I am not satisfied with this 'resolution' for two reasons.  1. I never told the adoption agency that I had already adopted another cat (I wanted the two cats to come 'home' together).  I had told them that I had picked out another cat (unfortunately, the foster mother did not tell me at the time that I saw her cat that she was not spayed...  I asked her to have her spayed while my mother was recovering from a broken hip.  She did this and there were complications).  2.  As far as I am concerned, these people never intended to refund $25 to me (half of the adoption fee that I paid).  They had several weeks to do so (in which time I had emailed them at least twice and called / left a msg. once) and never got back to me.  This is the first I am hearing from them and it's ONLY because I contacted the Revdex.com.  Again, I have spent $50 and have nothing to show for it...  I really do not care what their paperwork said...  I intended to adopt a cat.  If you want to consider this a donation, Consider This:  I didn't have a clue as to where to meet you to see '[redacted]'...  You were the ones who told me to meet you at V.I.P. Grooming  -  I then wrote a check for $50 for you to keep [redacted] until my mother could be home with the new cats...  which unfortunately took a little longer than we hoped.  I gave you $50 for SOMETHING...  I had no intention of DONATING $50!  You might as well just rob people on the street since you get everything and they get NOTHING.
