To: Better Business Bureau From: Robin M [redacted] Subject: Business Complaint, ID# [redacted] Dear [redacted] : I received your Better Business Bureau customer concern letter regarding Ms [redacted] ’s complaint about our non–performance on her behalf In response, I would like to first of all apologize to Ms [redacted] for not getting back to her in a timely manner I pride myself on making it a priority to expeditiously respond to each and every inquiry we receive regarding the properties we manage and this is definitely one of the few times that this has occurred in my career In my line of business, there are times when we are totally inundated with house related emergencies/priorities that can allow for some things to slip through the cracks Secondly, I would like to apologize to Ms [redacted] for misinformation communicated to her It is true that the owner of the property has reservations renting to families with children given the steep drop-off in back of the property However, the drop-off is not six feet as reported by her, but is feet The safety concern of the foot drop-off applies to the entire backside of the property which includes the rear lanai/deck (approximately sqft.), left side of house (approxftwide), storage area underneath the house (approximately ftwide), and right side of house (approxftwide) Furthermore, there are no railings related to the three aforementioned areas Her month old children might not be walking at this point in time but are surely crawlingAs I explained to Ms [redacted] , through my experience being a Mother, her children would be walking in the near future I hope the information I provided clears up any misunderstanding regarding this matter and I again apologize to Ms [redacted] for the inconvenience experienced by she and her familySincerely, Robin *M***, R, ABR, Principal Broker

our non–performance on her behalf.  In response, I would like to first of
all apologize to Ms. [redacted] for not getting back to her in a timely manner.
 I pride myself on making it a priority to expeditiously respond to each
and every inquiry we receive regarding the properties we manage and this is
definitely one of the few times that this has occurred in my career.  In
my line of business, there are times when we are totally inundated with house
related emergencies/priorities that can allow for some things to slip through
the cracks.  
Secondly, I would like to apologize to Ms. [redacted] for misinformation
communicated to her.  It is true that the owner of the property has
reservations renting to families with children given the steep drop-off in back
of the property.  However, the drop-off is not six feet as reported by
her, but is 60 feet.  The safety concern of the 60 foot drop-off applies
to the entire backside of the property which includes the rear lanai/deck
(approximately 80 sq. ft.), left side of house (approx. 8 ft. wide), storage
area underneath the house (approximately 40 ft. wide), and right side of house
(approx. 3 ft. wide).  Furthermore,  there are no railings related to
the three aforementioned areas.  Her 11 month old children might not be
walking at this point in time but are surely crawling. As I explained to Ms. [redacted], through my experience being a Mother, her children would be walking in the near future. 
I hope the information I provided clears up any misunderstanding regarding this
matter and I again apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the inconvenience experienced by
she and her family.
