During our initial consultation I explained to the client, and she was well aware, the ultimate number of finished images provided would vary due to the unpredictability of a wedding and it’s guests. Images that are "cropped" , shot in different perspective, converted to black and white are all counted as images. Clients are prohibited from altering images in any way, with respect to copyright law. You will find that this is typical practice among photographers in this industry This is also covered in my contract. Within the body of my contract, at no point is a specific number of images contracted. A conversation at her consult, and handwritten notes on a notation and details sheet giving an approximant. This information was handwritten, and not signed by Mrs***, or myself. Again, it is an approximant, and not a contracted number. Based on numerous conversations over the last nine months and the extra products and services this client was already provided, the behaviors executed by Mrs*** in creating multiple FB pages, building an entire website, contacting my contracted clients, she is not entitled to a refund of any amount or any additional consideration from Robin Rogers Photography, LLC. I have nothing further to address in this matterIf there is any concern from potential clients about this frivolous complaint and the caliber of my work, they should visit my website www.robinrogersphotography.net and judge for themselves. I am confident after reviewing my work, reading my many positive reviews, and seeing my awards any reservations about my services will disappear

I am rejecting this response because: The initial document attachedMrs *** stated to photosPlease go to robinrogersphotography.net go to client login and password is ***You will see there is not photos even if you add the same photos that are cropped differently. I was contacted after the changes were made and was given no choice to change but to accept the different sizes or cropped off family membersI'm attaching the email conversation and note no where she offers to cover shipping on additional framesIn fact she states originally that you can pick them up anywhereI have more documents to attach but this only allows four at a time. Also if you look at the original attached document, she wrote hours and than changed it to in her statementI have another contact which she explained travel for clients that she had to stay over night it was waived because the wedding was in AustinThe extras that she speaks of were part of the Bliss Bridal Show where I meet her in personAs you can see Mrs*** is a pathological liar and can't keep track of her own liesI too have legal representation, granted I don't do personal favors for them like Mrs*** doesYes, this is months later and her claims of harassment have gone no whereMrs*** is upset that I'm making this public on how she handled my wedding.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: In summary of my original complaint. [redacted] did not complete her contract with us. Sent cropped photos, would not let us change choices after select sizes weren't available. Removed my review of her claiming I was not a client while keeping other false reviews about wedding events she's done. I'm attaching her request to remove my review, along with her self statement of doing event weddings for about a year, but yet she has reviews from a wedding in 2006, 2007 and 2022. If people aren't paying attention to dates, keeping fake reviews for wedding events for the sake of good ratings is false advertising and deceiving to potential clients. I've provided documents proving she fabricated details about handling the prints provided and in fact did NOTHING to resolve issue with us. There was no explanation prior to sending the changes in size requested of the prints. In the same email [redacted] states frames of that size are available everywhere. Only after visiting a list of stores in Harker Heights and Killeen that she sent links for available frames. Also in that email no where does she ever offer to pay for shipping on frames. No where in the email she attaches screen shots of the prints in the requested size to show us it doesn't fit. The prints in the requested size by the client (us) has cropped family members. Once again, we were not notified of the change in our request till after [redacted] made the changes and sent them to us. Also note in her elaborate explanation that she changes the contract. Suddenly it's 6 hours even though she wrote 8 hours. Adding in travel even though, in her contract it's waived because she is not staying over night anywhere and the venue is in driving distance. Commenting on a second photographer, who she was explaining and teaching how to change shutter speeds for lighting conditions. Many were a witness to her using my wedding event to teach this other photographer. I can provide names if needed. Interesting enough she adds having an attorney and legal representation. Yes, her attorney drafted a petition back in September of 2016 to threaten me for giving her a bad reviews and posting on Facebook. But nothing has come of it, it's a sad way to bully someone for speaking out about their bad business practices. I'm going to see if I can enter a second rejection to this statement to up load her contract. If you read through the contract it doesn't cover what [redacted] hand wrote at the bottom of our contract. Hence why it's in writing. [redacted] clarified in writing the shoot time, the online gallery and the delivery of the MINIMUM amount of pictures of 500 to 900 in that gallery, which she did not complete. It's bad business practice to say what you wrote in writing is now guidelines for you to fulfill. I was referred to [redacted] by a co-worker and met her physical at Bliss Bridal show. Yes, [redacted] discounted my package due to the referral and added Bliss Bridal booking bonuses. However when the relationship with my co-worker went south, I feel as a CLIENT, you shouldn't be able to do less than what YOU originally contacted for. We didn't ask for the upgraded package, [redacted] wrote it out and should HONOR it. It's not fair to take it out on our wedding, when we're third party to the relationship with the co-worker. Also look through the attached documents. Where does it cover that a photo cropped differently counts as separate images? Or where in detail does that contract review that a black and white picture and a colored version are counted as separate images.I hope in review of this business complaint and her own false statements that the Revdex.com understand why an ACTUAL client is cautioning others to beware of this photographer. I'm not a family member or close to the family. Working with Mrs. [redacted] after the wedding, gave me a deeper understanding of her awful business practices and insight of her true character. It's with great sadness, that the tangible piece of our wedding was ruined by an awful person. Both my husband and I love the day and are sad that we will not be sharing those physical photographed memories due to the bitter experience with Mrs. [redacted].

I am at a loss to understand this clients complaint and why it has taken 9 months for her to inform the Revdex.com.  I continually worked with her before, during, and after the wedding to grant her wishes.  She was provided everything she contracted for and much more.  Client’s contract was...

not only fullfilled, it was exceeded.  Client mentions her print credit wasn’t filled, which is untrue. Client was contacted and told that the images she had selected would not crop to the specified sizes requested.  I explained this to client and at which time upgraded the print sizes. She was upgraded in size and a print order was placed on 08/13/2016, delivered to client on 08/17/2016.  Client then expressed anger as the local stores did not carry frames for upgraded sizes.  I then sent client multiple, low priced frames online, to which client then complained she did not wish to place online orders.  I offered to cover shipping.  Client refused to understand the crop ratio of images, I even sent screenshots of my computer showing her they would be cropped out by printing to her wishes.  I then placed the order just as she had requested, again on 08/20/2016 so she could physically hold images showing this.  In no way did she not receive professional images, as her 08/13/2016 order did in fact have beautifully cropped images.  (no family members were cut off). Client paid a total of $1623.75.  This cost paid covers all products and hours offered in my standard package which includes 6 hours of coverage, online proof gallery, high resolution CD, and mini engagement session.  The client however, received all items in upgraded package 2, which is 1900$ + tax.  She received wedding day coverage from 2:30pm-10:50pm.  Online proof gallery, a custom USB, Full bridal session, and a 200$ print credit.  In addition, she received a 2nd shooter, 11x14 canvas, waived travel fee to Ranch Austin x’s 2.  Total Value of all items Mrs. [redacted] received = 2960.00$   All other allegations provided by Mrs. [redacted] are false.  At this point all of her complaints have elevated to harassment and extortion to receive a full refund.  I have legal representation in this matter regarding Mrs. [redacted] and her harassment.  I would be happy to provide any documention to the Revdex.com in this matter.  I’d be happy to further discuss the contract and how it pertains to this client, however I have attached it for further examination. Thank You, [redacted]
