replied promptly upon receipt of consumer's email re: his wallOur company takes great pride in our craftsmanship and providing the best customer serviceWe came out to make an assessment the very same day, as this was a very serious concernUpon reviewing the damage, we were greatly disappointed to discover that a small section (not the entire linear feet of wall) had minimal footingThe remaining wall did have the proper footing with rebarUpon this discovery, we made the appropriate repairs, completing all necessary repairs within 48-hoursIn addition, we received an email from the client the same day of receiving his complaint email with a "Thank you for the quick response and he would be on-site for the first trench and pour"In our nine-years of design, build, and installations, this is our only complaint to the Revdex.comAs previously mentioned, we take great pride in our work and our skilled crewWe appreciate the Revdex.com's ability to recognize there are always two sides to every disputeIn this matter, we can only dispute the instability of the entire wall, but cannot dispute the section where damage did occurHowever, we promptly addressed and made necessary repairs so that this does not occur againSincerely yours, *** *** ***

LLC replied promptly upon receipt of consumer's email re: his wall. Our company takes great pride in our craftsmanship and providing the best customer service. We came out to make an assessment the very same day, as this was a very serious concern. Upon reviewing the damage, we were greatly disappointed to discover that a small section (not the entire 120 linear feet of wall) had minimal footing. The remaining wall did have the proper footing with rebar. Upon this discovery, we made the appropriate repairs, completing all necessary repairs within 48-hours. In addition, we received an email from the client the same day of receiving his complaint email with a "Thank you for the quick response and he would be on-site for the first trench and pour". In our nine-years of design, build, and installations, this is our only complaint to the Revdex.com. As previously mentioned, we take great pride in our work and our skilled crew. We appreciate the Revdex.com's ability to recognize there are always two sides to every dispute. In this matter, we can only dispute the instability of the entire wall, but cannot dispute the section where damage did occur.
