I don't want to give it any stars! My wife went to Stanford valley care with an acute ear infection - a RN saw her for less than seconds and prescribed an antibiotics - Stanford send me an invoice for $and Pleasanton Emerg Medical group sent me another invoice for $dollars! This is ridiculous for a sec visit - and that also with a RN - please avoid these people I say this again - Please avoid this place at any cost!
For a single visit I have now received five invoicesDuring this visit I saw (1) the paramedics in the ambulance; (2) the admitting nurse who took vitals and (3) a PA and medical tech who sutured my daughters foreheadMy wait time in the ER was about hours, which seems excessiveThe one bright point was that both the PA and the tech were very friendly and good with my daughter, but bedside manner only goes so far after such a long wait followed by what appears to be a litany of additional bills for non-descript services from seemingly the same provider I am not entirely sure what I am even paying for
