I am following up to the above referenced complaint (# [redacted] ) I submitted against the builder of my new home, Robinett Construction LLC Following the submission of the complaint, we were contacted by the builder's superintendent who subsequently took prompt steps to initiate completion of the remaining items on the walk-through list The builder's superintendent was very apologetic for the delay Completion of the remaining items was the resolution we were seeking, and we are pleased to see this issue being resolved In talking with the builder's superintendent, it appears that there may have been poor communication or miscommunication between their realtor and construction superintendent relative to the unfinished items on our walk-through list that resulted in items being unaddressed for over two months At the time of the walk-through, I was specifically instructed by the realtor to work through him for any issues with the home, including resolution of the walk-through items In speaking with the builder's superintendent, he indicated that communication could/should have gone directly to him and that not all messages/inquiries I sent to the realtor were forwarded to him Apparently they intend to change or be more explicit about the communication channels with future clients In any case, we are pleased that the remaining items are being promptly addressed as we desired and overall we are pleased with our new home [redacted]
