Business Owner was very accusatory towards me and did not take responsibility for the faulty gutters and downspouts when I explained to him that the rain we had was running behind the gutters and falling between the
soffits and the gutter
He said that he noticed an issue with the roof shingles not extending all the way from the roof into the gutters, but opted to not inform us of this issue, he just placed the gutters and then after the fact when I mentioned to him this issue did he state this finding after he installed the gutters
I told the Owner that perhaps I should get a second opinion from another company and then re-approach him when he is not so agitated and annoyed towards me the Customer, the Owner said in a sarcastic tone that I should do that
All correspondence with the Owner was done via text as I did not want to have him become overly aggressive towards me

7.12.16 Revdex.com spoke with Robin Schroeder and he said he has contacted consumer.
