This bank transferred $from my checking account to a loan without my permissionThat money was for insurance and groceriesIt could have waited until my husband and I get paid next weekI was never notifiedMy husband was called by a woman named ***Every time I tried to call her it went straight to an answering machine [redacted] was the manager I finally spoke to- and she didn't care at allThey have lost my business and any respectPoor business practices and it is illegal to transfer funds that I haven't authorized

Errors are being reported on my credit report, would like them removed I formerly used to bank with robins federal, my checking account went into the negative in sometime, it was placed into collections as a charge off as expected, however after a review of my credit report robins seem to have sold or passed [redacted] debt of to a company from [redacted] by the name of [redacted] & [redacted] I contacted [redacted] and [redacted] regarding my findings they confirmed that Robins FCU did sell them this debtThe following day I contacted Robins FCU to ask if they delt with [redacted] & [redacted] and if my account was being handled by them, the person I spoke to from Robins FCU could neither confirm or deny my questions but she could assure me that was a company they do buisness with regarding collectionsThe problem I am having is according to my credit report this dept was passed to [redacted] & [redacted] in 07/but Robins FCU has continued every month to this debt with a balance of I have settle

I am having issues with NSF charges being accessed on my account where more than enough funds are available to cover the incoming transaction On May 31, 2016, after an incoming ACH deposit, my balance was $ Total debits that were presented to my bank were $ A total of $in NSF charges were tagged onto each transaction bringing my balance to -$ My balance should have been $before two addition ACH deposits of $were credited to my bank accountThis should have made my balance $(June 2, 2016) On June 2, 2016, debits totaling $were drafted from my bank account which should have reduced by account balance to $60.84; however, Robins (again) tagged a $NSF charge to each item presented to my bank account totaling $ It is because of this that my balance was erroneously dropped to -$ I agree that of the NSF charges assessed on June 3, 2016, one is accurate, but Robins charged me for twoI am getting frustrated with Robin

The Robins Federal Credit Union is not only on the national Rip off report they are ripped me off as wellI'm filing a suit EXCESSIVE NSF CHARGES I've tried asking them to go over the excessive NSF charges ,but they can't give me the time of day, because they ALWAYS think there rightI'm filing a suit against Robins Federal Credit Union in Fort Valley GA for excessive NSF chargesThe lady I've contacted to help in this matter is [redacted] She either never calls me back or she don't have time to go over it with me and her words are oh well you just need to keep up with itI'm so sick of them

This is a shady, unethical, and immoral organizationAfter having been a customer for years, and maybe a dozen fraudulent transactions later, they also took money from my account without my permission(see below comments for more of the same) When I tried to explain to them that this should've never happened, I was told that it was perfectly legal and that I will not be getting the money backThe other party in question also called Robins and explained the mistakeA person who should've never been on my account defaulted on their loan and now it is my problem? I didn't even know they were on my accountI asked to remove the other person from my account, they said no, although I AM THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDERI hope $was worth a loyal customerI will be closing my account once I can get what's left of my money moved, unless you decide you want it Keep in mind this was for a loan that was financed through Robins, they literally took from one customer to pay the loan for another customer, which subsequently landed in their pocket My recommendation for you, I should not have to come into the office to do everything with my accountA PRIMARY account holder should be notified when someone is added to their accountA PRIMARY account holder should be able to remove someone from their account

The poor member service I received was unacceptable I checked my account online earlier today and noticed I received an non sufficient funds fee of $as I proceeded to look further in depth I noticed my debit from my account was $At the time of the debit my balance was $the shortage was I've been a banker for 20+ years and I've never witnessed such unfair practicesSo I decided to stop by the branch for a explanation and hopefully a resolutionUnfortunately I received neither instead I received no greeting for the member service representativesI signed in sat for a while and listened to an employee hold a personal conversation with a member which had nothing to do with banking I took it upon myself to go to the available MSR 's office and ask would she be so kind to help me She looked at me as if I offended her by asking her to do the job that Rfcu pay her to do I explained to her I received a fee and I thought it was an unfair practice to receive a f

I go to the Macon ga branch and I get the worst service ever when I call for customer service my payroll goes to direct deposit and I wish I never got direct deposit with robins federal credit number one if any company that I make a purchase with put a preauthorization hold on my account and it is more than my balance robins federal stick me with a dollar over drown charge even if the business put my money back on the card robins federal do not return the money they keep it and this has happened twice it's like they Robb me out of my money and I reported it to customer service they never even tried to resolved the matter they were very unconcern so I will be taking my business to a better bank robins federal was a bad choice

Robins FCU is my financial instituteI have a debit card through this bank linked with a Cash App accountThe bank will not refund my money
On 5/9/18, I mistakenly sent $to the wrong person via Cash App which is linked to my debit card with Robins FCUI filed a complaint with Cash App to refund my money but was advised that I needed to contact the issuer of my debit cardOn 5/15/18, I completed a Cardholder Dispute Form and faxed it to Robins FCU giving all details involved per Cash AppOnce Robins reviewed my information, I received a letter and an email advising that they no longer handle disputes with Cash App because Cash App in the past has declined to assist them in handling complaints to refund money back to customersI advised Robins representative that Cash App advised me that they would not handle my complaint because it was disbursed via my debit cardI have contacted Robins several times going back and forth and they will not refund my money back to my debit

I recently purchased a car from a dealer in Athens, Ga It was financed thru Robbins My first payment is due sometime in Late Feb and I was calling today (2/1/18) to make my first payment and to inquire about different payment options I have called times through out the day only to get a recording and each time I held Once was for just over minutes and each additional time was at least minutes Does anyone EVER answer the phone ????
