I have had the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with Jeff E***, due to an accident I was involved in His communication skills (for a lack of a better word) [redacted] I have never in my life dealt with someone who is so quick to make excuses for his shortcomings and inability to follow through He does not follow through and according to the insurance company that assigned him as my adjuster, ave experienced the same service fro him as well He does not call back until you have gotten irate and does not do what he is supposed to do as an insurance adjuster I hope that in my future that I never have to deal with him or this company EVER again!!!
