give someone a free gift certificate because they lost their original oneFor example if you lose a gift card to ***, and go and tell them and ask for another one they do not keep record nor will they give you another oneReporting sales and keeping track of gift cards is two different thingsIf you're irresponsible and lose it, it is not the business owner fault.I gave her a gift card valued at $for $because I felt bad and trying to be fair, which I think was more than fair, and I even got opinions from other customers who said I was being more than fairI told the lady on the phone I spoke with, her mother is more than welcome to come get the $back and bring me the gift card I gave her, but I will not refund the the gift card she originally purchased and lostI will not write a letter apologizing for their own mistake, I've tried to be nice and work with them but obviously we can't come to an agreementI've been in business years, and I've gone out of my way to please customers but at some point their has to be a line drawnShe screamed at me on the phone and just kept threatening me to turn me into you guysShe thought threatening me with the Revdex.com would make her get her wayI will not do meet her desired settlement except for the $refund and she bring back the gift card, I've blocked the number of the lady who called as I've never done business with her and don’t know who she is.Thank you,Colby * R***
