I called and had an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation I arrived; the salesperson took all of my information and I introduced myself to *** (the owner) He took my keys and took my car back The salesperson gave me the price and immediately I told him that *** gave me a quote of $for the oil change and would give me free coupons for the tire rotation They disputed this with me and then I gave in and waited for my car A mechanic came out and showed me two filters (one in the engine; the second in the cabin) I was stunned when he quoted me prices: $for the cabin filter and almost $for the engine I told him to go ahead since he had them out to change out the cabin filter They charged me then an additional $for changing it out when this is supposed to be a part of the inspection covered with the oil change Then they supposedly filled my windshield washer fluid but charged me $instead of this being a part of the pkg too

I went to get my car serviced from Twinsburg goodyearAfter taking possession of my car I notice a crack in my windshieldThe shop refused to reimburse me for the damagesSo then I asked for a refund and I would take my business somewhere elseThe owner refused to give me a refundThe police were called, the owner refused to investigate the incidentThe owner refused to let me talk to the staff involvedThe owner was unwilling to cooperate with an investigation at all
