I told [redacted] there is no way for me to warranty this work Bc I'm depending on someone else's work I did all the gutters and [redacted] on her home extremely cheapI had to rebuild the entire roof end rafters and facia facia metal these additional chargers were explained to [redacted] additional work means additional funds that's how construction works I did not overcharge [redacted] in any way

Signed a contract in September of to install a garage roof Never showed up to do the work but took a check for $for materials Cashed the check with in an hour of getting the check Said the shingles were out of stock Two weeks later he said he would be here the next day After 3-weeks of saying he was coming and not showing we never heard from him again Once we found him again we took him through small claims court He said he was going to come over and do the job and then said he would pay us back our money in installments No roof and no money Never ever hire this unreliable person We have a lot of paperwork to prove all of this

I hired this company in November for the Annual Gutter Cleaning and I gave him $1,as a deposit, and Zackary R*** cashed the check immediately after we met and never show up to do the job I called him several times and he always said that his people were on their way, but never saw them at the job siteIn the end, they never did the job and I lost $1, I highly suggest never recommending this company to anybody

As of today 10/22/2014, Robinson Contracting has finished their project. The final cost was discussed with [redacted], and my husband, and everybody was in agreement.

I do not agree with Mr. [redacted]'s response. He it talking about the gutters and downspouts he did on my house I am not disputing that job. That was a separate job and contract from the roofing job he did for me.  He never told me when he did the job on my roof that there was no warranty. His contract states otherwise. He should not warranty a roof if he is having someone else do the job, I hired him to do the job. He was the one that came and checked it out when I notified him it was leaking. He did over charge my credit card for the roofing job.  He charged my credit card a deposit of 1475.00 and then a charge when he finished the job of 800.00 for a total of 2275.00 the job should have been a total of 1775.00. I have sent a copy of my contract. He never sent the recipets that I requested for these charges.  He even said he overcharged my cc in the text messages I submitted to you.
I have gotten an estimate from another company to repair the job Mr. [redacted] did for me. It is for 800.00 They have to redo everything except the plywood. They said there are torn shingles from when they tore of the old shingles and they did not seal the shingles properly. If you look along the seam where the new repair meets the old you can see daylight. This is not correct. The longer this roof leaks the more damage there will be not only to the roof but also to the floor and any thing in between. The underside of the roof is already turning black because it is leaking. I am also trying to slowly clean up all of the trash he left behind.
