came to trim our Wheeping Birch. My husband and I were very happy with ***'s straightforward honest approach. He was very informative and pointed out areas on the tree that were not doing well and advised how to try to fix it. I've already referred a couple people to him.
Great job! Jeff and his partner put in a few hours of work trimming 2 big overgrown maples as well as a few other random trees in and around my yard. They were both very knowledgeable and they did a great job cleaning up the branches. Not only that, but he said he would come by in September to do a bit more pruning no charge. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tree trim for sure!
My husband and I Hired Jeff To originally trim two trees and spray two trees he came and did that and promised he would come back once the Ground thawed, To clean up the shoots from the trees cut down and remove a tree, he said since I was such a good Customer and paid on time he was going to do a spring cleanup and my gutters as well. I paid for everything in full, almost $800. The work he did maybe equaled $400. He told me he was shutting down his business and was going to give me a refund. Then turned around and told me he would come and finish the job I had told him we already started because he told me he was closing his business, refused to give me a refund and blocked me. There was multiple times that he didn’t show up when he said he was, he either had an excuse or he didn’t message me to tell me he wasn’t coming. I have our whole conversation which started in February through messenger.
We Do not recommend this company.
We did three different jobs for this client on three different invoices on three different dates, All invoices were paid after each job was completed never before, Tree pruning on one invoice, spraying cedars on a second invoice and spraying additional trees on a third Invoice all services were highly discounted after the client told me they were on a tight budget *** any & all jobs were completed and approved by the customer before any payments were made! When I contacted the customer about her claims she blocked me via ***, which was back in March. each and every time I showed up to the customer's house she wreaked like marijuana *** the smell was unbearable and very offputting and concerning to me as my daughter works for my company and was on this premises from time to time. as for refunds, We only offer refunds on work that was not completed due to lack of product availability, Damages caused due to negligence on our behalf or warranty disputes. we do not offer any refunds on completed services!

Did a great job, honest and forthright about a plan for my yard and trees. Really great guy and superb work!
I had spoke to Jeff about doing some work on my yard in 2019 and he had asked for payment in advance.He charged for labour and product, at the cost of 300.00+ and then 1200.00 only then to say he would do the front of my house for free with rock from left over jobs*** We wanted rock and weed barrier and we’re charged for such.We were told after the rock was laid he had put a powerful poison which we were upset and against due to the fact we have pets who go outside.The poison didn’t work and within the week the weeds were growing through the rock anyways.We then wrote and called many times and finally two weeks later he said he would come and fix the problem but was a no show.
We spoke one more time ***.
As of this date, nothing has been fixed by him and we now have quotes of what it would cost to fix the problem .
He even came to our home expecting some kind of interaction while supposedly taping the door being shut in response to him coming up the stairs towards the door.
We do not recommend this company for its work and have emails and also text messages to back up this whole mess.
Your property was completed over one year ago, front/side of property which was the agreement and completed, we have all texts, pictures and the payment was made 6 days after the job was completed (cash) by kevin. If you had any complaint why wait one year to bring it up!! Sounds pretty fishy.
Great service, had 2 trees that needed trimming. They look fantastic. Originally booked for gold service spring cleaning but Jeff came by and looked to see we didn't need all of that and did only what we needed. Looking forward to getting some landscaping work done later this summer as well!
Jeff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. We were booked in to have our tree pruned earlier this month but had a fall. He messaged me and let me know....my tree wasnt going anywhere. He kept me up to date throughout. His health and safety are priority in my eyes. He arrived today and did a stellar job. No complaints at all. Thanks so much Jeff
They just finished doing the spring clean up on my front lawn they did one heck of a good job.No complaints at all.
Last June I paid $1800 for some different lawns services to be completed. After 2 1/2 months of delay, some was done, but I paid $400 + labour to have weed guard put down. It was never laid down.
The owner claimed that they would provide additional services (tree pruning) to compensate. That was in August. Over the winter, no one from the business would return my calls or emails.
In January I finally got a reply and a confirmation that the service would be completed January 22nd. It was not, and I had to follow up.
I was then told it would be completed in late February. It was not, and I had to follow up.
In April, I was told that because there was a new owner, any word previously handled by the company was my problem. Even though the company lists the same contacts as before, the same principal director, and in fact the company still had pictures of my yard that they did work on.
I was then told that the service would be performed Thursday April 28th. Another no show.
I was then told that the service would be performed on May 6th, but was cancelled on
weed barrier was not use due to the product not producing proper result ( weeds penetrate through the product) so we used high concentrate poison as an alternative ( works excellent & same cost) the customer was notified and was happy as of last year!

I am rejecting this response because: I was absolutely NOT notified until after the install and would have been massive amount of labour to remove the mulch and apply the guard. And to say I was happy last year is an outright lie. I am happy to upload all the emails. Going back 8-9 months or more. Not once did I say I was ok with it. I said I was willing to settle for the tree pruning as an alternate. Additionally it was not effective at all (I have pictures of new weeds growing both a month after "both sprays were applied" and new weeds coming through this year.. If you really felt this is what should have been, you should not have quoted and charged $385 for "ineffective" product that you never delivered/installed. In my experience, if you recommend something, charge for it, and then change your mind, you need to inform your clients. Jeff has said you will etransfer me the $385, I will accept that and close the complaint once it is deposited.

I hired Robinson Lawn and Tree Maintenance in January 2020 for snow removal. I plan on hiring him for yard maintenance this summer.
His reliability , service and ethics are outstanding and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
