This is typical of FS I am aware that the warranty on parts of the work has expired the work was actually done in 2001,I was simply trying to get an estimate on the repairs if there was going to be any charges all I wanted was something in writing but instead all I got was excuses and lies about evidently the only one that could give those answers was out of town the same way Edna was out of town and could not respond to the Revdex.com in a timely manner when I spoke to her mid Jan she assured me she would have an estimate for me as soon as Estovon came from out of town she said she was looking at the diagrams from when the work was done but to get an accurate estimate she would have to speak to him and he had been out of town for a few weeks but mind you Edna's assistant had just told me a few days earlier that he was walking in the office and she would get the answers for me an email them to me shortly I am very upset at the way these people conduct business or lack of it and the lies and excuses and the way they give you the run around this has got to be one of the worst and un professional businesses I have had the displeasure of dealing with

two weeks and I am the only one that can respond to this complaint. I don't want to lose our accredited status with the Revdex.com. We have always responded in a timely mannerI spoke with *** and explained her warranty has expired, Bell Bottom Piers, and regular Pilings were installed in where the problem has occurred on the back side of the house where the Bell Bottom Piers were install. Bell Bottom Piers are only warranted for ten years and Concrete Pilings has a lifetime warranty. Where the Concrete Pilings are installed there is not a problem. She has a add on in the back of her house and it's what you call a block and base that's on blocks, we do not repair block and base homes therefore I cannot give her a price. When the add on is being repaired then adjustments can be made on the Bell Bottom piers but the warranty has expired, Bell Bottom piers warranty, as stated before is for ten years only and that's with any foundation company. We are under no obligation to repair her foundation. If there are any questions please let my know. Currently our copier/fax is down and may not be repaired until tomorrow.
