[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] RevDex.com: I have reviewed and accept the response from the business. I will make contact with pete [redacted] to set up the repairs that he has offered to cover.

Mr***,I would like to sincerely apologize for all the problems you have encounteredIt is unusual for one person to have this many concernsAfter reading through your most recent letter it appears there are at least concerns and possibly a third that need to be resolvedThey are the seat belt and the transmission problemsHas the oxygen sensor been resolved? In looking at your service history it does not appear to be doneDid Broadway repair it? We would like to take care of all of your concerns when it is convenient for youWould you please let me know when it would work out to be good for you? I will set up a loaner car so that you are not inconvenienced other than dropping off your FiestaIt will have to stay overnight for a day or two depending on parts availability especially on the seat beltThe transmission repair and oxygen sensor I can get ahead of time if needed.Again, I am very sorry for our poor treatment of you in this situationWe try to hold ourselves to a higher standard and we obviously did not in this situation. Pete

Ms*** originally purchased her car back in She states she has had numerous issues with her car but has never had the car here to be repairedIf she is having a problem with the repairs done to her vehicle she should contact the repair facility that has been doing the repairs if she is
unhappy with the workmanshipShe was not scammed or conned into the carShe purposely drove approximately miles to purchase a vehicleYou don't drive that far by accidentShe drove this far because we were the only people who would finance her due to some credit issues she has hadShe continues to have credit issues because we have rewritten her loan twice to bring her current and as of right now she is days past dueIf Heather were to pay as agreed she would not have any negative remarks on her credit bureau and her loan would almost be paid off. There isn't anything we will do in this situation because we have never worked on her vehicle and we are not responsible if she cannot pay her loan as she agreed to

I left a message for Dylan to contact me back. I have dug into this situation and still don't completely understand how this happened. We received the clutch assembly the following day but the seal assembly took about 40 days to arrive. For some reason the special order request was then closed out...

on November 2nd so the service adviser could not see the parts were still here to contact you to have them installed.I am very sorry that we failed in your situation. We normally do not have this situation occur.  Pete [redacted]

Our Auto Credit program is designed to help customers establish or to re-establish their credit rating with the major credit bureaus. All aspects of the vehicle's purchase and loan terms are completely gone through with Ms. [redacted] prior to taking delivery of a new vehicle. Ms. [redacted]...

mentioned that if her payments were made on time she would be eligible for a different vehicle. The problem in her case was her payments were not made on time. A person's credit score may also change with other things not associated with this loan. The term of the loan was for 3 years. A person might be able to refinance the vehicle or trade the vehicle in after one year. Normally on a three year loan we find it works best after 2 years depending on the circumstances. Dorsch cannot be held responsible for other credit lenders' decisions, but being behind on a current auto loan and having been repossessed once before most likely doesn't help in getting another loan. With the repairs, it was a year after she purchased the vehicle. The vehicle needed brake work and a couple of normal things. Customers should expect repairs on any vehicle they are driving. it is part of the cost of ownership. As a dealership we many times help our customers by fronting them the money and add it to their loan which they then continue to pay off. The creation of a hardship in this situation doesn't exist. With regards to the stolen property after her vehicle was repossessed she did notice a phone charger cord and one other thing was missing. Ms. [redacted] brought it to the attention of our manager. He reviewed the photographs and agreed the items were missing. We offered to reimburse her but the customer declined due to the small monetary value. After the vehicle was repossessed, Dorsch again helped the customer out by coming to an agreement to release the vehicle back to the customer and now she is currently past due again. Now four months later the customer brings the vehicle in for service with some complaints about the check engine light on and a shaking when put into gear. The diagnosis was the thermostat was stuck open and recommended a anti-roll motor mount be put in. Ms. [redacted] declined to have the work done. They further checked into the complaint and diagnosed the transmission was bad and it would cost about $2700 to install a used transmission. The vehicle had a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty covering the vehicle but they were out of warranty due to the mileage. Dorsch offered a solution that if they bring in a $1,000 and bring their account current, that we would front them the money again and reduce the cost of the repair by $1,000. We received no response from Ms. [redacted] except this complaint to the Revdex.com.The Auto Credit program at Dorsch is very straight forward with the intent to not only sell a vehicle to a customer but to also try and help them re-establish positive credit so they can reestablish their credit worthiness. We do a safety inspection, have a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty with the vehicle and help in many other ways. Dorsch cannot help a person that does not make their payments, drives the vehicle to the extent it is out of warranty and believes the program is bad because they lost their job, expects to never pay for maintenance or repairs even though they are using the vehicle and the customer is disgruntled at us. At this point replacement is not an option. What she needs to do is take responsibility for her actions, make her payments on time, maintain the vehicle like it should be and after a year or two she may be able to refinance or trade the vehicle in if she maintains her other obligations as well.

There have never been  any re negotiations on my contract just approvals to pay more at other times to allow me to repair the car.  the car NEVER had the same issues hence not needing to bring it to the same repair place.  I didn't intend to get a vehicle when I did.  I drove  my friend,  Rita [redacted] ,  there and she got a vehicle.  my vehicle I had at the time would not have made it back as the drive there was too much for it.  had I known the vehicle wouldn't make it back,  i wouldn't have driven there at all.  i didn't have to go there because of credit issues.  my friend did. I was stuck there because everyone else had already left with exception of my friend but she wasn't going to leave my vehicle there.  the issues I've had,  including the ones now ,  wouldn't Have been safe to drive that far.  on top of that,  I was never informed repairs of any sort HAD TO be done there.
