For one this complaint is absolutely ficticious and flat out ridiculous, and slanderousI have been in business since and
I have never had a complaint with the Revdex.com! And I am hoping the Revdex.com sees and understands the true facts and truth to this complaint, and sees it for what it really isAnd will consider removing and not posting this complaint! Here is what really happenedI personally met with *** *** originally.Knowing that a few years ago, I had provided him other roofing estimates, and that I was probably wasting my time againHe arrived and explained to me that he was in charge of the insurance claims for the four propertiesI told him that I would like a copy of the insurance claim papers, so I could see what was being covered by the insurance claim and if the insurance had anything wrong with their exactimate paperwork,as they commonly do! Or if they had overlooked anythingHe said he did not want to show me the INSURANCE CLAIMS PAPERWORK, I almost left then...And then stated that I advertise free estimatesSo I stayedHe stated he wanted to just recieve the bids as he wanted to PROFIT from the losses him selfHe then asked me to only remove the one side of the barn roof on his personally property, as he wanted to put it back on him selfI told him I would only do that, if we recieved the contract for all the jobs, that I didnt need his work as we were already busy enoughAnd I then asked why did he want to put it on himself, and he pointed out that he was a roofer(Which I have never heard of!)I then agreed to give him the estimates for the following properties, two weeks later!: *** *** *** *** *** *** Road and *** *** Road *** *** IllinoisI then had a representative of my company deliver the estimates to *** ***Then he called me and asked if it was ok to put up the barn roof without doing the other homes, I told him absolutely not! Our agreement was for all the homes, and not for just the half of a roof! *** *** then sent in the contract for the half of a barn roof on his propertyIt was deposited,by one of the four secretaries, and was not yet scheduled by me! and then he was contacted about the other contracts.He then changed his story, to state that he wanted the barn done and would decide if we do the rest of the workAs I know what he is doing, I didnt agree and I contacted my Corporate Attorney, to see how to handle this, I then get this ridiculous complaint and then have the Corporate attorney draft the letter and cancel the contract and return the fundsI do not and will not have my great name and reputation tainted by *** ***! As to this date, they have not returned my money
I will not address the multitude of other falsehoods stated above

As is stated before,this person *** *** is untruthful and is trying to become a problemHis slanderous and frivilous acts to defi my character, will only hurt him in the long runI have done over 21,jobs since I have been in business and I have never had a unhappy customerThis person isnt even a customer, as no one from this company signed the contract! He is the only one whom signed this and tried to pull a fast one, as mentioned beforeAs I have said again his PARTIAL down payment was returnedAnd again, there was not a signed contract by me, with this personI have sent his funds back to him as I will not ever do work for him! As far as his recordings...HMMMwhat was he planning on doing setting up a company? wheres my copy? Regardless, I am done with him and so is my company! My corporate attorney will finish with him! Again I will not allow a person like this taint my reputation! There shouldnt be anything coming further from the Revdex.com, except this is removed and closed! errors and have liened the a few of the wrong HomesI assure you that any customer that has paid in fullWill be issued a lien release asapThis usually takes about a week to get removedI will address this Monday morning with *** Building Supply and this customer will recieve there lien releaseI am sorry for any inconveniences this may have brought on youI stand behind my work and more importantly my name and reputation as I have for the last years.
