I called this customer over 2 weeks ago on June 13th at 9:00AM to make arrangements to pick up my system either that day or the next and give her a refund check for the full amount. She called me back at 7:30PM that evening to inform me that she would need to line up something to replace mine...

first so she is not without a system? If mine hasn’t worked since the day it was installed and everything is ruined, what difference does it make if I remove it now or later, right. The customer has yet to call me back to male arrangements. I will make a formal comment once the issue is resolved. Yes, there are 2 sides to every story and she is leaving out some key information. I take my reputation very seriously and will not tolerate harassment or defamation as this business is the primary source of income for me and my family.
