Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Quite simply mr Robinsons response is less then truthfulHe researched *** heads and spoke with them before ordering said parts
Ive had problems with truck after each visit to his shopBlown gasket, cracked head, bad injector loose hose Etc, EtcI have had water in the oilI had truck towed to his shop twice and spent nearly two months with out truck while repairs were being doneIve spent $1,at his shopall paid in cashI disagreed with his last bill of $his response was, do not bring the damn truck backHe would not even come out to speak with me when I picked the truck upUpon returning home I discovered oil extremely black and noticed the filter hadnt even been changed, Talk about inferior workLast but not least before I bought the truck I took it to his garage and he looked at the truck and scanned the truck for problems, his response (I wouldnt worry about it, truck sounds good, probaly just a spark plug or bad wire.) I currently do not drive the truck outside of town limits due to fear of truck breaking downI will never use his services again and would advise others to stay away... When the problem re occurs which im afraid it will , I will take the matter to small claims courtThank you
