Review: They lost a brand new dress shirt and made half-[redacted]ed attempts to find it. Then the owner ("grandma") tried to shift the blame to me, saying I hadn't returned her calls. Which was a lie. When I reminded her that I had returned her call, she shifted it to, "well we got cut off and you didn't answer when I called you back." Utter BS. Truly lousy on their part. I'm out for a brand new, never worn $60 dress shirt, three trips across town to try to pick it up, and the stress and grief of dealing with an [redacted].Desired Settlement: Replace my dress shirt that they lost.

ER HIS SHIRT WAS IN E ORWAS THYES WE LOST HIS SHIRT WE NEEDED HIM TO GIVE ME THE NAME AND SIZE IN WRITING SO WE CAN LOOK HE COMES EVERYTIME IM NOT HERE HE CUSSES AT US AND YELLS WE ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS WE WILL REPLACE THE SHIRT WITH A RECEIPT THE SHIRTS HE USUALLY BRINGS IN ARE NOT EXPENSIVE WE HAD A NEW EMPLOYEE AND SHE MADE A MISTAKE HIS BILL IS 41.00 WHICH WELL TAKE OFF THE PRICE TO CLEAN THE SHIRT SO WE CAN USE THE 39.00 AND CALL IT EVEN JUST LET ME KNOW PLEASE ASK HIM NOT TO CUSS AT US AND YELL IT IS NOT NECESSARY BECAUSE WE DIDNT DISPUTE THE FACT WE MISS PLACED HIS SHIRT HE WANTED RESULTS IMMEDIATELY AND EVERYONE NEEDS TO HAVE TIME TO FIX THIE HENG AS IM SURE HED RATHER HAVE HIS SHIRT
