Review: My mother has a medical condition for which she was prescribed special compression stockings. Her legs and feet swell to the point where she is unable to walk, therefore the stockings are an essential tool she uses to ease the discomfort and pain.We went to Robinson's Medical Supplies where she was measured. The company said they would call when they will be received. Several weeks past the promised shipping date, my daughter called in to see if the stockings were in, and sure enough they were. We received the stockings only to be discouraged, the measurements were taken incorrectly and my mother's legs and feet were swollen in many areas and looked like a rubber band was tightening other places. After seeing this image, [redacted] quickly gave us an alternative to get other stockings at no additional charge to us. My mother was quite happy with the new stockings. A year later her stockings began to fall apart and my daughter called in to have another pair ordered again. There were no problems and my credit card was immediately charged for the transaction. After weeks with no call, my daughter called in and the stockings have came in. We came in and it turned out that they ordered the wrong stockings. They were reordered and we have waited about two months for the new stockings to come in. We have been calling to see what is going on and Robinson's assured us the stockings were on their way.I became suspicious and went to other Medical Supply centers to see if they have the same stockings and how much time, on average, it would take for them to be received. I was told they typically come in about seven days but the stockings I ordered have been discontinued two weeks ago.I then called Robinson's, again, to see why my stockings have not arrived and they provided me with no answers. The staff also assured me they would call, which they never did in the time of business with the company. My daughter also called and [redacted] talked to her with a very rude and unpleasant attitude.Desired Settlement: I have only received bad service from this company. I asked for a refund on the product that I have waited too long to receive. My mother is struggling from the lack of support from the compression stockings she was prescribed and is very disappointed with Robinson's Medical Supply. After my daughter was rudely spoken as well, I was more than discouraged with this company.
