Review: They billed my account when my account was supposed to be frozen.

October 2013: Robinson's billed my account $160.00 when I only owed $135 and thye refused to tell me what the extra charge was for and did not refund my account when they said they would.

I put a freeze on my account at this time notifying Robinson's that my child will not be attending class, [redacted] assured me my account will be frozen for the next 4 months and in that time they will not bill by account.

November 2013: Robinson's billed my account for $135.00 when my account is supposidely frozen. When I called to have the funds refunded she assured they would be around 11:00am 11/15/13. I checked my account at 12:30pm 11/15/13 and still my money has not been refunded and when I try to call the school no one answers and their voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message.Desired Settlement: I would like my $135.00 refunded and I would like to terminate any and all future business with Robinson's Taekwando. I would also like this to be recorded for other people who may have this issue in the future.

Ms. [redacted] was refunded $139.00 on November 18th. She came to our business and picked up check number [redacted] At this point in time Ms. [redacted] has not spoken to us about terminating her membership, but has asked us only to place her account on a four month hold, which was done on November 14th, 2013. If she would like to terminate her membership we would be happy to help her provided that she complies with the terms of her membership agreement that she signed on August 20th, 2013.
