I am rejecting this response because: First the fifty minute appt I was scheduled for the doctor was ten minutes late. Second the mailer that was sent out did not state anything about a fee. Third the receptionist who I initially spoke with did not say anything about a fifty dollars fee. Fourth the bill I received was for $90 with a $40 discount. Fifth I refused the xrays. This dentist is very dishonest and he is one of the reasons why people do not trust the dentist. Shame on him for taking advantage of people in times of need.

Review: On the 30th of March 2015 I scheduled an appointment with Robison Dental. I sent my x-rays from a previous dentist ahead of my appointment. Now this was my first time there so I was just looking for a dentist in my area. I get there I sat for close to 15 minutes before I saw the dentist. I get to the examination room and sit for another 7 minutes before the dentist comes in to start the examination. He pokes around on my gums with some instrument and tells the dental hygienist to take my x-rays and leaves. I tell her not to take my x-rays because I am leaving. I go to the reception area she prints out a treatment plan and asks me if I want to schedule another appointment? I say no I would call you. Their is no mention of charge for this appointment. So I leave and then a few days later. I get a bill for a complete oral evaluation. He did not take my xrays. he did go over a complete treatment plan. I find this to be unacceptable. On his mailer he states come in for a second opinion. Well he does not say he charges for it.Desired Settlement: I don't want this to go into collections. I have already found another dentist.
