Good Morning, In response to Complaint ID [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] and made her aware that the refund was issue back to her card, she then stated that she cancelled her credit card I contacted my Point Of Sale support and they stated that the refund was issued back to her bank account I emailed [redacted] and let her know, she never replied We then sent her a refund via check with an apology and still have yet to hear back We would like to settle this issue ASAP.Thanks,Leo M [redacted] CKO Astoria- Owner
