This is in response to Mr*** complaint dated August 10, As discussed with Mr*** and per the contract he signed with Robmar, there is no warranty expressed or implied with regard to pitting or cracking of concrete surfaces. Some road salts and other de-icing materials that
contain ammonium sulfate and/or nitrate can be harmful to the surface to concrete flatwork. There is no warranty for damages caused by these elements. The pitting Mr*** is referring to is in the location where the vehicle tires sit. The vehicle tires bring in salt and/or de-icers. Mr*** refers to previous concrete installed at his property that does not have pitting. The property he is referring to does not have vehicle traffic. No vehicles park past the gate. There is no "fast one" being pulled here. As explained to Mr*** and is also stated in his contract, sealing of the concrete work should be preformed for the first three years.
