I have my home up for Sale and had Robs Carpet Care clean my carpets Very unhappy with the quality of work performed A complete waste of time and money, he was the high bid so we were not trying to be cheap His response to our feedback was threating and personel in nature, he even documented his rude disposition an e mail He jumped to the conclusion that we are playing games to get out of paying and threaten us with a Mechanic Lien Would not recommend you do business with him, especially if your home is a rental property that requires extra effort Had Stanley Steemer redo my home at 1/of his cost and much happier with the results Product_Or_Service: Carpet Cleaning Order_Number: n/a Account_Number: n/a
