Review: Bathroom was remodeled, most of the decorative tile affixed upside down, within 5 months grout cracked and fell out, marble capping on shower step cracked through, material was substituted, toilet and hand sink not affixed correctly. Letters requesting remediation went unanswered.Desired Settlement: to cover repair quotation of $14,850.
