For the last few months our response we have recieved is you have no idea what we are talking about and that we never spoke with anyoneWe were told that soneone would come and read the meter and I was never informed after that! I did inform someone on the phone that I eould settle this because I was in the process of moving .We did contact our landlord and tell him and he had a plumber come out to check for a leak, no leak! We have not been able to communicate that because you sent us to collections Responding that you have no idea why the bill was so high is not the answer! We have lived at that residence for yearsWe have come across investigating against high meter readings and will not be scammed! If we spent almost $in water in months (of which we were not in the house as we moved out of state) than we would pay it, but we didn't! We also had cameras around our house so there is no way someone cyphered our water, which was one of your responses! So please do the right thing Regards, [redacted]

I am very sorry you are unhappy with the management company selected by your neighborhood/district board members.  [redacted] has a strict contract with [redacted].  Our billing system is very secure to make online payments, and we have the option to mail in a payments...

as well as pay in person.  [redacted] has made adjustments to the customer service department to better help our customers.  we have added another customer service representative to help with the overload of calls.

Dear customer,   I pulled phone call records, meter books and service orders to help understand what occurred here.   On 09/08/17, [redacted] called and spoke to one of our reps: first inquiring to disconnect services, and second to ask why the bill was so high. Since [redacted] was...

not an account holder with us, the rep informed [redacted] that [redacted] needed to call to cancel services as the account holder, and the rep discussed how to check the meter for a leak or possible misread.   On 9/18/17 [redacted] called and spoke to one of our reps regarding disconnecting services, and again asking why the bill was so high. We advised we would disconnect water services on 09/19/17, and discussed with [redacted] possible reasons for the bill being high: potential leak,  or possible misread. Since we were going to the meter to disconnect services on 09/19/17, we would be able to confirm if a misread occurred. It was also discussed it would be difficult for [redacted] to call a plumber or do a leak check since he stated he was out of state. Our meter read from 09/19/17 was confirmed twice by two different employees to be an accurate meter reading and no indication of a leak was noted.   It is understood that the bills due 9/20 and 10/20 (the final bill) had usage higher than normal. Unfortunately we cannot explain where this water usage went, and the customer stated they were out of state as well.  [redacted] indicated he would make a payment for the 09/20/17 bill on 09/21/17 when he got paid. The last payment was made on this account on 08/11/17.  It was made clear by the rep on 09/18/17 via the phone discussion with [redacted] that a payment needed to be made, and that the deposit would be applied to the final bill. Unfortunately no payment was made, and even though the deposit was applied to the remaining  balance, there was still a balance owed of $281.15 due 10/20/17. Additionally, bills were mailed 11/01/17 and 12/01/17 to the forwarding address the customer provided, reminding them of the balance owed.  This balance was not paid and subsequently sent to collections in December 2017. We did not receive any return mail for this address.   If the customer has documentation showing a payment was made on the account after 08/11/17, we will review our billing records.
