I drive 5 hours to have my Spyder serviced at Rob's instead of 1 hr away. Why? because they know there job, have great service, parts and staff that make they successful. They listed to you and have fair prices compaired to other dealers. Great business. Customers come first!
Took two motorcycles in for service work. The mechanic did more work that I specifically said I didn't need as I would take care of it myself. One item of work wasn't needed (a valve adjustment) yet my bill was still within $14 of original quote. Not performing the valve adjustment should have been a much more significant credit than $14. I will never have any more work performed by Rob's and I feel as though I got ripped-off.
