Window Replacement
The *** mail carrier broke my window in ***. They took it to Robson Harware to relace, which I installd. ***, the replaced window had a coating of ice on it. My exsiting window never had ice.
I took pictures of the window and showed them to the Manager at Robinson and told him it needed to be replaced. he refused. I since replaced the window (*** which was the original Window) It cost me $***.
Since Robinson refused to replace the window, I have no recourse. The manager said there was nothing wrong with the window. I disputed his claim.
