We have decided to return the merchandise that was purchased for a full refund of
The merchandise in question has no defects and was installed per the manufacturer guidelines. We as a company value our reputation and will
accommodate any request that is within reasonIn this case we felt that the customer was helped adequately and that all perceived issues that were reported had in fact been resolved
It is unfortunate that this issue has escalated to this point and we hope by complying with the customers request of a full refund that this will now be resolved

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: "The merchandise in question has no defects." This is absolutely untrue First Roby's told me that they could fix it, but they had to order a part Then they told me that it was a warranty issue Now it has no defects? The range did not repair itself, and it is still broken "We felt that the customer was helped adequately and that all perceived issues were resolved." Obviously untrue During the last conversation I had with the manager, I told him that the range is broken, and he said that he would look into it and call me back He never called me back It is not possible that he believed that all issues were resolved "It is unfortunate that this issue has escalated to this point." If Roby's had called me back and met their obligation to repair the range, then this issue would not have escalated
Roby's picked up the defective range but I have not yet received a refund The issue remains unresolved.Sincerely,*** ***

I received my refund from Roby's Although I am very disappointed in Roby's dishonest response to my complaint, this issue is resolved
