I am rejecting this response because:of the reasons I stated in my original complaint The final discussion was match the stones pictured 16" wide That is why he has those pictures and why I sent them period any other sale was misleading and to his satisfaction not mine to a man that has been in business for so many years why was this order such a huge problem and where is his customer service skills I have paid him half in cash so he covered any way for him all I want is my money back and for him to take his foundation back as I do not want to do business with this man we have talked enough

store on July 12, to purchase a memorial for his mother *** ***The emails I have on file and subsequent pictures of his grandparents stone he wanted to match was quoted in all of the correspondence at $plus tax and concrete foundationWhen *** came in he wanted to see what a 16'' stone looked like so I showed him one I had in my showroom and explained that it was not as tall as his grandparents stone but the cost would be less at $than the earlier quote, at this time *** said that it would be fine and it was here and I wouldn't have to order anything so he picked this stone I providedNow I am not sure where he lost the translation of all of this because I had the same height and width stone only it was longer than the stone he was allowed by the cemetery setting right next to the one he purchased and he agreed on the lower price and the smaller stoneThis is the first time in my years in business I have had anything like this happen I am proud of the honor, integrity, and overall caring for each individual we service and am really in shock by this fellowIf needed I have saved all emails regarding this ordealPlease note I did offer all of the money back to the customer less the concrete fee of $as I don't want to put any more labor towards thisPlease note I took this job because the lady at the cemetery asked my wife who is co-owner to please help this man because several other monument companies had called her about the marker and all said he was difficult to work withThe cemetery is a hour and a half away from London, Ohio where I'm located and I still offered my services to help this man, out of my good nature I guess, another lesson learned it doesn't pay to be niceI will listen to your advice on this matter as I have never had a complaint since I've been in business but I'm sure you have heard plenty.Best reguards,Tim Timothy R*** Owner and OperatorRoby Memorial Design & LetteringCherry St.London, Ohio 43140(740)852-5674 (740)852-- fax***
