I am happy to provide proof of payments that Ms*** madeShe is not being honest. She made a payment of $on June 27thThere were no further payments until October and October The payments were $and $respectivelyShe went three and a half months with no payment on a balance that was more than six months oldI'm sorry but when the customer is not telling the truth the customer is not always right!

Ms*** bill is 100% correctThis has been one of the worst winters ever recordedOf course you are going to use more fuelIt's common senseThe bill in question is a two month bill from January 3th until March 1stMs*** herself stated that her highest bill was $for one monthA
bill of $for two months is exactly what it should beThis bill is metered propane so we send someone out to read the meter and bill only for what is usedWe take exception to being accused of behind dishonest with our customersWe have been in business for more than yearsThat is not by accidentWe work very hard to be fair and honest

Again, the company is accusing me of being dishonestWhere is the customer service training? The customer is always right? I'm offended by this accusation as I am a prideful and honest personI have made payments, all of which were done through my online banking and are verifiableI had made a payment in April, $in May, and another in June of $and was cut off the following month (July)With no warning and I was paying as I was told to by a female representative. My gas is for heat only so of course no one uses heat in the summerI was unaware it was off until I tried to turn it on one cold night the end of last month (September) I was then informed it had been shut off back in JulyI have made two payments since I found out in an attempt to remedy the situationNot only to restore my heat but to pay what I oweI also was informed by a friend on my Condo Association that the owner had called them yesterday to tell them I have no heat, I used "choice wording" with them and if my pipes burst, its my faultThis is extremely unprofessional and retaliatory The rudeness and unprofessional manner of this company is appalling

Ms*** is being dishonest about her payment scheduleHer balance is more than six months old and she has made two payments totaling $120 since her gas service was terminatedThere was no payment is August as she statedShe made a payment in June but then nothing for almost four months
The facts are that Ms*** has a very old past due balancePhone calls to try to make arrangements go unreturnedOf course now that the weather is getting cold she wants to make an arrangementBefore shutting of the gas we left several messages and left a notice on her door, all of which were ignoredThere service will not be activated until the balance is paid in full
