Hi ***,I hired a management company to facilitate this sale and it is very clearly marked that all sales are final. That does include special orders. I have decided to send your $deposit because your unhappiness just isn't worth this. The reason I was so against
accommodating you is that when you arrived your original sales person was John M***. He is of Hispanic origin. You quickly said you wanted a different sales person and you were accommodated with Maria a white year old woman. She then told me you didn't think you were getting a good deal because your were not Caucasian, yet you still gave us $and submitted your order. The fact that you accused us of discriminating when we did nothing of the sort really made me angry. Then the following day the you demanded your money back I was still a little shocked about the race thing so I said no. It was clearly marked around the entire store that the sales is all sales final. Had the previous day's experience been different I would have gladly given you your money back on the spot. We have never advertised that everything is 50% off. However, all accessories and all mattresses are 50% off, perhaps you heard that and assumed. A check will be sent to the mailing address you gave us on Monday June 5th

Sincerely, I accept it But I still think I was treated very unfair, from the get go, what made me upset was I walked in that store I was totally Ignored never acknowledge I walked by a group of employees talking and laughing and never even bother to help me until I went to the counter to ask for help a Hispanic guy that "I stopped and asked' if he could help me he said he was BUSY so that's when I walked to the counter and asked to get someone else to help me. Apparently who ever wrote about the situation is washing their handsI felt very upset and disgusted by all this

Even though we clearly told the customer that what they were buying was a "floor model" with NO WARRANTY, we are replaing this at our own expense
The replacement is currently set up for tomorrow if that is acceptable to the customer
