I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I reject this response because I gave a seven weeks notice prior to vacating. I was not made aware by Ms. [redacted] that they did not lease out their units in March and April. I also did not sign a renewal extension lease after August 2016. From September 2016-February 2017 I lived there and paid monthly rent without signing a new lease.
