Revdex.com:
I doI do not want to be strong construction doing any more work on my house they have failed to complete did job the first time. There is no reason to give them a second chance. In previous emails CD strong had stated all the work had been completed and they had also stated they returned to make repairs to the damaged shingles. So I'm not really sure if they've returned to repair the roof and damaged it again or if it was never repaired in the first place. Either way I would prefer to not have subpar contractors working on my home. I would still like $2,000 back due to Nails in car tires that cannot be patched and not finishing the work that was contracted.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We welcome this issue with open arms. It is our desire to only become better in our pursuit of perfection.  At first glance we want to apologize to you for the miscommunication on the job completion time.I believe what we told you was that the roof would be entirely torn off and a new roof...

installed in one day.  It takes a small army of highly skilled people to pull off such a project in one day but fortunately for you and your wife, we have the manpower and expertise to do this.Because it is dangerous to have other crews working underneath while the roof is being installed, there is absolutely no way to complete all of the repairs in one day.  You had called us and said that you found two small scuff marks on the shingles and we sent our crew back the day after this report and repaired the shingles. You had some window wraps and a small gutter repair consisting of 30' of gutter and the fascia underneath to be replaced.  The window wraps were completed during the same week of the roof.  The gutters have been delayed and we had communicated this to you several time. There were approximately 60,000 homes in the Madison area that had damage due to storms and not enough gutter machines to keep up.  We had one scheduled for the 1st week of December but because Madison is in a Northern climate, it snowed which has delayed us.You have also said that you have been unable to reach anyone from our company.  If you were trying to reach your salesman, he recently underwent a successful open heart surgery and was unable to take any calls.  I did notice that you had called us 6 times on Christmas night but we were not open due to the holiday.  On your contract and your business cards you might notice are direct 800 phone number is in large print.  I would suggest that you try calling us there and you should be pleasantly surprised that we answer all of our phone calls. You have asked for a refund.  I am assuming that you are talking about the 30' of gutter and fascia which is all that remains to be completed.  We are more than happy to honor this request. We go above and beyond in order that we may be the most trusted roofing company in Wisconsin.. It is our desire to always have clear lines of communication as we design and complete the best roof you have ever had. Should you have any doubts or questions regarding this sole person’s remarks please give us a call directly so that we may speak with you openly. We hope to be of even better service for the Madison community.

Regards,
[redacted] no one has been back to repair the damaged shingles, the gutters or the fascia. I have tried to communicate that this work was not corrected only to be told that it was done. as of 7am on Thursday December 5th all of the issues have not been corrected. I know this because I was on the roof this morning. I now have pictures that document all of the above listed issues.  it would be great if I could meet with someone from CD Strong in person to resolve this matter. I have tried calling the 800 number and all other numbers associated with CD Strong. I have yet to get a call back. I have also been to the Middleton office at [redacted] several times only to be told that no one is ever there. I wasn't asking for a refund on the unfinished work I am asking for a full refund on the job entirely  because I do not believe CD Strong did any of the work in a professional or proper manner. if the sales person I delt with was out of the office because of a major surgery all it would have taken was a very small amount of effort to reach out to me and let me know what was going on.

Roc-Air charged $250 per hour to install a condenser for my wine room. The total labor (not including parts) charge was $1,187 for 4.75 hours work. I was and existing Roc Air customer and had them perform an equipment review annually for four years including an equipment review less than 60 days prior to the recent condenser failure. According to Roc Air, they charged me two times their normal hourly labor rate because they performed the work on a Saturday.
Roc-Air advertises as a wine room specialist but only chooses to provide services at standard prices Monday to Friday. Customers, even long term customers, pay a substantial penalty for services outside their weekday hours. So, I was confronted with either damage to my wine or paying a labor charge $593 above Roc Air's standard charge. I am very disappointed in their treatment of me.

I have been using ROC Air for our wine room for about 3 years now. They handled the install and have completed the routine maintenance too. We did have one failure of our unit during a hot summer and ROC air was not available for dispatch, however they referred us to another company for the warranty service and even reimbursed us for their service call charge. Overall, our experience has been a very positive one and I would not hesitate to use them in the future. We have also referred them to family and friends who have been very happy with their service.
