Rocbattle

Review: Rocbattle changed the way they do business in the last 3 months. For previous years, you were allowed to upload your instrumentals to their site, and sell them for whichever price you set. In March of 2014, the owner "[redacted]" made a post on the forum explaining changes that were going to be made. Some of those changes included a new commission charge of up to %80, and mandatory sales pricing. Many, including myself, chose not to continue and requested our accounts be closed, and requested our instrumentals be deleted. A week later, [redacted] made a new post about a new rule: Any one who wants their account closed or beats deleted must send a $50 removal processing fee to the following address. [redacted] PA [redacted]The troubling thing is, I received confirmation on closing my account and deletion of my instrumentals BEFORE the mandatory processing fee. I had also set all of my instrumentals to NOT for sale. This weekend, I received notice that Rocbattle had been selling my intellectual property without my permission or knowledge, changed my prices from 100 dollars to 14.99, and then took an %80 comission!When confronted about the less than stellar business tactics, his replies have been "[redacted] me", "Music producers are so dumb", and "Its in the agreement". There is no agreement. Rocbattle.com has one of those pages that say by browsing their site, you agree to their terms of service. There terms of service states that it can change at any time. Many businesses have been sued for trying to enforce similar agreements, and it is generally found that none of these "Terms of Service" pages can ever be considered a contract! I have contacted support numerous times to no avail.Desired Settlement: I would like for my account and my intellectual property to be removed from the rocbattle.com website. I would like a refund for changing the prices on my instrumentals. I would like the difference to be made up from the %50 commission bronze is supposed to get to the %80 rocbattle took from me. My instrumentals (although not supposed to be for sale) were at 100 dollars. 3 beats have sold since I tried to close my account, and %50 of 291 dollars would be the payment due to me.

Review: I recently joined Rocbattle.com and uploaded 5 beats. However the beats I uploaded were the wrong ones because I have people (not on the site) that want to buy them exclusively. I have tried to delete them but for some reason I cant. I contacted the support system on the website and they said "Full features are offered to gold and silver members. If you are a gold or silver member they beats will be deleted shortly after you place them in the trash." I have the bronze membership (For free members). So they are basically telling me I have to pay in order to delete my beats??? Doesnt sound right at all. How would it look if I sold a beat to someone and they heard someone else using the beat? I found out about you guys through a forum on Rocbattle where fellow producers such as myself felt that this wasnt right.Desired Settlement: I would just like my beats to be deleted off the website.
