These guys are thieves. I left a deposit and Steve hurried me thru a contract. I later realized the contract said the deposit was nonrefundable. I immediately called Steve who told me not to worry - that my money was refundable. Called a few days later for a test drive as I wasn't able to do it at the time and he asked for more money in cash before he would bring the vehicle out of the lot for a test drive. Said I could take a test drive when picking the car up. Huh? That's not how it works. I canceled the deal and asked for my refund. All of a sudden - it was not refundable. Don't give your money to these crooks. They have an F rating on BBB and complaints all over the internet in addition to losing a suit bought against them for deceptive business practices. Stay far away from these guys unless you want to lose your money.

In the last 15 years, I bought 3 out of my late 4 cars from this dealer. I kept each car for 3-5 years which I think speaks to the quality of the car I bought. Two cars were luxury, high miles so I had to take the car for basic maintenance as luxury cars with high miles need that in my opinion. The other car, was american made, younger and with less miles which did not need any maintenance. I drove each car for about 5 years and moved on to the next. I looked at other dealers, of course, but this dealer's selection and pricing fit my preferences 3 out of 4 times.

When I purchased this car I was told it had brand new breaks.. oil change and was in good working order. within the first month the breaks and rotors had to be replaced.. they found that the motor oil was black and the struts were shot.. I was out of pocket a nice amount of money. When buying this car I was given a receipt for a much lower amount of cash than I actually paid.. In life everyone has to come across thievery.. this was mine.

Review: The dealer agrees to sale a Truck: 2005 Porsche Cayenne Turbo for 22,000.00 USD; and I did left a check of 1,000.00 dollars for deposit, but when I went back to the dealer a few days later with the rest of the down payment (8,000) they changed the contract for almost 36,000. I was going to finance the car, and they wanted me to lie to the bank saying that I did have the car, and the the down payment was 3,000 dollars less. When I said I didn't want the car at that price anymore they gave back 8,000 and kept 1,000 USD. Which they told me that within a month they would mail me a check, butch that was back on March and now they don't even respond any phone call. I went to civil court and filed a small claim against them for my money. We are schedule to appear in court on November*, 2013. Note: The whole process was kind of sketchy the entire time. They are there to steal money from people. There several complains online against them. They tried to do business outside theirs dealer and always in a hurry. Not giving you time to check the contract.Desired Settlement: I want my 1,000 dollars deposit and a civil penalty against them, close their dealer and/ or even jail time. They do deserve it.

Review: On 8/**/15, I purchased a 200 Mercedes Benz sl500. I agreed to purchase this car if the following items were corrected:

1) Air Conditioning was not working

2) Hydraulic Convertible Leak

3) Battery

4) 2 year warranty

On September *, 2015 I picked the car up and was told that his mechanic was on vacation and when he returned the AC and Leak would be corrected. I drive home and found out that the battery was dead and Steve at Rochellas advised me to replace the battery. After weeks of not answering my calls to do all the repairs I basically gave up and had my attorney write a letter to resolve these issues. I did wait approx. 2 weeks for a reponse, with NO answer.

Also, Steve stated that I have a 2 year Warranty and that all the paper work would be forwarded to me in 30 days. Still no paper work has arrive to me.

I am currently filing suit against Rochellas for the above and wish someone with the Revdex.com would assist me with this matter.

I have never experienced in my 57 years such a cheat and liar as I did with this Company.Desired Settlement: Currently I made all repairs, and want to be reimbursed for for $1,309.92.

Plus, have the 2 year warranty which was told to me was worth $1,500.00.

Review: Several complaints include the following:

1) The advertisement of a used vehicle was for $12900 with a premium package 2 yr warranty. The sales rep (possible owner) said the advertisement was a mistake and should have been for $13900. He then decided to honor the price of $12900 but not the warranty (since the warranty supposedly only came with the intended $13900).

2) Since he was not satisfied with receiving the advertised price of $12900, he said he needed to charge a dealer fee but that it would cover the registration fee. The dealer fee was $487.00

3) Upon arrival to pick up vehicle, he charged me $176 for an in-transit permit fee. I later found out that he never registered the permit with the NY DMV and the permit only costs $12.50.

4) Since he was supposed to do the registration for me, I paid the sales tax to him in addition to the in-transit fee and when asked for an itemized break down, he assured me that in all the years that he has been doing business, he has never provided an itemized break down or invoice and included it in a lump sum total on the bill of sale. He never registered my vehicle - HENCE FRAUDULENTLY received the NY sales tax of approximately $1144.87.

5) Since he did not provide a break down, he is now saying that he never collected sales tax; he now argues that I paid him $14,531.87 as a purchase price.

** I have emails and text correspondence highlighting the breakdown but not in form an official invoice.** I also have the subject line of his original advertisement via email highlighting $12900 with 2 yr premium package warranty.

He initially was going to pay the tax via phone to the CT DMV but DMV was unable to take phone payments. He then stopped returning my calls and text messages. Since then, I have located various complaints and am escalating these fraudulent activities accordingly.Desired Settlement: Even though by his advertisement, I am entitled to a 2 yr premium package warranty, I only expect a refund for the sales tax that I paid and he did not utilize to register my vehicle. He should also refund the in-transit permit fee in excess of $12.50 and the $487 dealer that was supposed to be used to complete the registration.

Review: On September * 2014 I purchase the Mercedes Benz E350 car from Rochellas Auto Service Inc I immediately ask for the warranty which he said he will send but never gave to me, when I got home and turn the car off then back on the Check Engine Light came on, I contact [redacted] and told him what was going on, he told me maybe the gas cap was probably loose, ([redacted] told me the car was tuned up and ready to go) I took the car to Mercedes Benz and had to get a oil change done, there was no oil in the engine, after doing so the check engine light came back on again, when I called him he tried to get me to bring the car back to him to take to the auction to resell it then return me the money I paid for the car, I then took the car to mechanic to get checked out, the mechanic found a list things wrong with the engine and 3 different mechanics said the same thing, that who ever I brought the car from reset the computer before I picked it up, I have over $3000 in engine repairs, when I spoke to [redacted] he said he would give me the money for repair then it went giving me halve the money to not returning any calls to give anything, also was suppose to replace the tail which had a little crack in it, he said when he ordered it they sent the wrong one and now he is loosing money because they have to send it back, now he is avoiding my calls since I told him the car is out the shop and I want the money he promise for the repairs,Desired Settlement: Money for all Engine repairs done on the Car, since he said the Car was Tuned up

Review: I purchased 2005 Honda Pilot for $10,900. The dealer gave me the bill of sale and financed me the vehicle.

While signing the financial agreement dealer made me sign another bill of sale, without my knowledge for $14035, $3100 more and financed amount came up $12,900 instead of $9000.

In my question why was the financing amount $12,829. dealer deceived me saying that is the total payoff amount.

I tried to explain the situation to the finance company but they are saying that the cash price of the vehicle was 10,900 but the financing price was $14,035. I had the bill of sale for $10,900 which was given to me the same day I signed the financial documents.Desired Settlement: I need to have the difference $3,135 paid back to me plus the extra interest I had to pay the finance company.

Review: I purchased a car from Steven in March, a month later the car clonked out and needed a new engine, in which he offered me to pay for his warranty from a no named company in Pennsylvania. The car needed a new engine only a month after purchase. During this lengthy process, I moved forward with attorneys, the dealer still refuses to trade in the car or return my money, he has been nothing but a manipulator pretending as if he is trying to help by offering to take it to his mechanic but still charging me for the repairs and costs to tow it. He sold me a defective car, and now wants to take no responsibility for it meanwhile he is selling cars left and right on his website, and claims to me he has no money for the repairs! If you feel like losing money go with this guy other than that don't bother, its a complete SCAMDesired Settlement: a refund of $17937, price of purchase
