The company will not accept payment by credit card. Only accepts payments by cash, check, or debit card. A 50% deposit of the estimated cost is due at the time of order. I gave them the deposit by check from my credit union which was local to them. Instead of depositing the check in their bank and letting it go through the clearance process they went directly to a branch credit union and cashed the check even though their policy allows a customer to cancel an order when given the total cost. It is their policy if a customer does cancel an order, refunds for deposits made by check will not be issued for 10 business days following receipt of the deposit. This would be understandable if they were waiting on the clearance time, but since they already have cashed the check this is unnecessary. Their refund policy is a bad business practice and should be changed.
