the doctor and ordering a special shoe...these are made per Customer not simply setting on a shelf awaiting sale...these boots requires 5-7 wks to build then I have to still apply the demon to the foot part and We stay behind due to being global and very successful at what We do...meaning just because he placed his Order does not mean it started that day as any one thinking as an adult should be able to comprehendI have had a few encounters on the phone with [redacted] and most were very difficult as he apparently does not comprehend logic...But about 2 wks ago on a Sunday he called and left a blistering message on my machine when I got out of shower and heard this called him and flew into him regarding his message...will not deny that fact! He uses someone elses phone and email for some reason but I sent photos of progress and this Woman known only as [redacted] text back apologetic of his behaviour stating he is from [redacted] and don't trust anyone...blah blah blah so I thought We had it handled until [redacted] letter arrived yesterday... I have had enough of his attacks he ordered a custom made product and there is no refunds and if it comes to me having to have him arrested for harassment and slander then obviously the boots will be seized as evidence! I do not know or care for that matter if this is buyers remorse or someone got angry about him spending that much money $1025.00 but that is not my problem! NO REFUND PERIOD!!! His attacks on me even through [redacted] complaint is just ugly and will not be tolerated any further, any additional attacks will result is criminal action taken against him through proper authorities, He has used [redacted] texting to slander and attack me and I might add using text and phone to do so is a federal offense and the fact that the complaint from Revdex.com was obviously mailed sealed that as evidence I can use as well! I am trying to be a nice guy about this but obviously there must be something Wrong with [redacted] as again will point out... using Someone elses email and phone to do these things and this [redacted] acts like she is in control of him in someway apparently obviously I do not know for sure but I do know anyone will agree very odd picture here! I am going to complete boots and mail them just as any other customer with the exception if I do not hear from these people or [redacted] that they have apologized and dropped this vicous cycle attacking me then I will simply file charges for slander and harassment and put the boots in the posession of the authorities! No one should have to endure the treatment I have been put through with this man! I work extremely hard for my customers and will not stand for slandering me nor my businessAgain boots made to fit according to measurements they provided and that is what he will receive nothing more nothing less...NO REFUNDS period!Thank you,[redacted]NIGHTTIME CREATIONS[redacted]
