Rock bottom did not honer their warrantiesI have paper work saying they honer their work for the lifetime of pool We purchased a pool from Rock bottom around June of About year later I noticed hair line cracks in the poolI called Rock bottom right awayThey sent a Supervisor to my house to investigateHe said to keep an eye on it,and if it gets worst call themNext year the cracks got worse, so I called againThey sent a person from their insurance to take pictures of the problemThis went on for several yearsThey told me several times that they couldn't do anything because of lawsuits being done with the cheap sand they used with the gunite on other pools and mineEventually a new insurance company got involved and rejected my claimThey said I need to go after the original Insurance carrierI was very disappointed with Rock bottom and went to there office to complainThey said their hands were tied and couldn't help me any moreI would like to sue them,but L

Rock bottom is right. An agent has contacted me. and I also sent all the information to the insurance company requested, But I have not had a response from them. I will not be satisfied until Rock Bottom accepts responsibility and repairs the damage.
