The wrong items were delivered. Can not use them. Have not opened the items. Have called and emailed this company several times. No response! The order number is ***. The amount is, $69.75 plus $3.48 shipping. Total $73.23. I want to send the items back and get the correct ones. But no one is returning my calls!! This is not what I ordered!! I either want the correct items or a total refund, not a store credit!!

Customer called over the weekend and left her message (we were closed). Her call was returned on Tuesday 8/11 and her incorrectly fulfilled item was shipped out. that day: ***
She did mention that she'd placed a Revdex.com complaint, but that she'd call and recant it as she didn't realize we were closed when she left her Voicemail.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Have received the correct items on 8/14/20. Sending back the ones that were sent by their mistake. The company notified me and made thing right. Very happy with their response. Will keep doing business with this company.
