I am rejecting this response because the business was not stopped by the StateAdditionally, although I was not on the charter the company accepted payments from me as described to be payments from Luxury Hair LLCI also had an agreement with *** *** and *** *** to be a silent partner for the companyAdditionally, it was our intent and DBP Incknew this full well and still insisted we sign individuallyEven after saying this lease was going to be used for our business as Luxury HairThey misled us and used deceptive practices to get us to sign individually even though we provided documentation for the business and insurance for the businessI will proceed with my next steps of going to the FTC and Texas Real Estate Commission about the actions of this companyMy request to resolve this as follows:
Immediately remove all credit reporting and contact me to work out a payment plan for any balance due

I am rejecting the business response as they say we did not have a properly formed business when in fact we did and we provided the documentation and they still insisted we proceed as individuals although we provided the proof of the businessAdditionally we had to provide business insurance with our company nameAttached is the documentation we initially provided that shows our business was formed prior to the lease dateI am also attaching numerous communications showing this was provided to themI am attaching additional communication from the entire correspondence that was had with this company and also their attempt to down play the fact we had a verbal agreementI also have tried to work with them to make this right but they have become unresponsive and unprofessional which you can see in the last communication I had with them

Please be advised that upon receipt of the second notice regarding the matter of Complaint ID: [redacted], David Barr Properties stands in its original response submitted to the Bureau on March 3, 2017. I have attached one additional document you can to the file as [redacted] was not legally associated with Luxury Hair, LLC, but the business had been ended by the state in 2014 because of their failure to pay their Franchise Tax.  The lease they entered into was in May 2015. But as stated on page two of attached document, and as previously stated, [redacted] and his partners entered into a lease under their own names along with all of them signing and being the Guarantor on the lease.  Thank you,

[redacted] and his partners entered into a lease under their own names along with all of them signing and being the Guarantor on the lease as they had no business credibility nor the proper documentation that they were in fact a corporation. Please refer to the email that was sent by my Business...

Accounts Manager, [redacted] to [redacted], his partner. [redacted] and our Credit Collections agency on February 21, 2017 that thoroughly explains the situation and our right to collect. Also enclosed is the break-out of the collections amount, the `Commercial Lease Guaranty' signed and dated by all three gentlemen ([redacted]) and the first page and last page of 'Commercial Lease' which clearly indicates the gentlemen as 'Tenant' and not a business as they did not have a "business" (corporation, incorporation, or LLC) upon entering the lease. Per your own notice to us, [redacted] himself says "I provided the documentation showing the intent was for the business (LLC) and they are still refusing", to which yes, we refuse any "intent" as anyone can print off an application and say they are "going to do it" but as you are aware, simply printing it off does not make you a business. Thusly, all three are liable for the full amount of $12,107.51, and upon full payment will be removed from all parties. [redacted] and his partners were not a properly formed "business" and entered into the lease as individuals. Therefore, we will not settle nor will we remove the collections they are responsible for.
